This notice explains how Refractory Consultancy Services Limited ("RCSL", company no. 09870178) handles personal information sent to us through this website.

What we collect

The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name and email address, plus any company, phone, site and project information you include. If you email or phone us, we receive what you send or tell us.

How the form works

The form is processed on our behalf by Formspree, which delivers your message to our email.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and carry out the work. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails and related correspondence: 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. If your enquiry leads to work, project and contract records are kept for six years after the work ends, as UK tax and legal rules require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing andrew.ramsell@refcsl.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
